Predator hunting prey

 

Having been commissioned by an individual, that became a regular client over a period of time for 'Scratch Magazine', these series of images were part of various global beauty and nail competitions. They were seeking to echo the style of the 1980's era -

particularly the industry's advertising.

The image here was created as a modern day interpretation and was heavily influenced by that period's style.

The image having been submitted in a 2009 competition was awarded first place.
